received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health
at Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. In 1977,
he earned his Master of Science in Environmental Health
at East Tennessee State University, Johnson City,

Lake Michigan. His doctorate research covered the health
impact of pesticide residues in paddy fishes on human
consumption. His master's thesis dwelled in the siting
criteria for air pollution monitoring stations in urban
areas.
After having spent a few
years in the 1980's on resources management and
consultancy in environmental pollution, Dr. Donald spent
another ten years in the construction and housing
industries until the 1990's.
While managing these
businesses, Dr. Donald also took time off to build his
passion in the production of wine and herbal liqueur
using unique fermentation, distillation and extraction
techniques. |
